Terms of use

General Conditions

The customer accepts the general conditions of sale and delivery of MR GOODSY SL hereinafter MR GOODSY.

To place an order, add the products you wish to purchase to the shopping cart.

MR GOODSY will automatically send an email with confirmation and notification of the total amount paid for the order placed.

Placing an order involves shipping costs, which are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the order amount exceeds €49 (VAT included), in which case standard shipping costs will be borne by MR GOODSY.

Orders will be sent by standard transport agency. The delivery period will start to be counted at the time the order is placed if it is before 6:00 p.m. or the following day if it is after that time. Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays will not be taken into account for these purposes.

If you choose the cash on delivery option, it includes a 2% (minimum €1.50) commission on the total amount of the order.

Delivery times are indicative. All our efforts are directed towards their fulfilment, although sometimes, for reasons beyond MR GOODSY's control, they are not met.

The risk of loss or damage is transferred to the customer upon delivery of the goods.

Legal guarantees

In the event of a defective product, the seller must proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, reduce the price or terminate the contract, all of which shall be free of charge for the consumer and user. The seller is liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within a period of two years from delivery in the case of cables and connectors. The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.

Fake orders or false identities

Each order is linked to a specific IP address, which are not usually used for any specific purpose. However, we reserve the right to use them to take legal action against those who make false orders for material, without any intention of collecting or paying for it. In these situations, we will take criminal action, under the established legal system, and in collaboration with police forces, we will take the appropriate measures to put an end to these fraudulent orders.

Quality of service

At MR GOODSY we are committed to providing the best possible service. There may be a possibility that a product may be out of stock, however, it usually does not last more than one or two days. If you have any questions about the shipment, please contact pedidos@mrgoodsy.com. In the event of a delay in receipt, which is often due to absences at home, or even addresses taken incorrectly by the delivery companies. It is best to send us an email asking us about the shipment, so that we can access the details of the shipment and act as quickly as possible to resolve the problem.

Our goals on this page, apart from providing the best and fastest delivery service, are also to be able to offer the best prices in Europe. After-sales service and warranty

If you have any questions about any product purchased at MR GOODSY you can contact us for further explanations.

All our products are shipped insured, verified and in perfect condition. If you receive a product damaged during transport, you must immediately report this situation by writing to pedidos@mrgoodsy.com within a maximum period of 24 hours from receipt of the product. After this period, MR GOODSY and its insurer will not be held responsible and the product will no longer be covered by warranty, replacement or exchange.

Applicable legislation

These terms of use and the legal notice are governed in each and every one of their aspects by Spanish law. The parties submit, at their discretion, to the courts and tribunals of the user's domicile for the resolution of conflicts and waiving any other jurisdiction.
